K. Amendment No. 1 to the Cooperative Agreement with Lynch Oil Company, Inc. for Tank Wagon Fuel Services Introduction: Consideration of Amendment No. 1 to the Cooperative Agreement with Lynch Oil Company, Inc. via a piggyback engagement for the provision of tank wagon fuel services in an amount not to exceed an additional $300,000 (for a cumulative not -to -exceed amount of $500,000.00) through March 30, 2018, in accordance with Osceola County Contract Number AR -12 -2326 -DW, effective January 9, 2012 through March 30, 2018, titled Tank Wagon Fuel Services, on an as -needed basis, is requested. Budget Impact: Funds were provided through adoption of the FY 2018 budget in each Fund and Department/Division's Operating Supplies (xxx-xxxx-xxx.52-xx) account for FY 20018 that uses fuel from the City's fuel depot. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Cooperative Agreement with Lynch Oil Company, Inc. to continue to provide and perform Tank Wagon Fuel Services on an as -needed basis through March 30, 2018 for up to an additional $300,000.00 for a cumulative not -to -exceed amount of $500,000.00. L. Amendment No. 2 to Extend Term to the Standard Consultant Asreement with Cardno Inc for Geographic Information System and Infrastructure Asset Management Introduction: Consideration of Amendment No. 2 to extend the term of the current Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for Geographic Information System (GIS) and Infrastructure Asset Management with Cardno, Ina (Cardno) to February 12, 2018 is requested. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Amendment No. 2 with Cardno, Inc.
