Amendment No. 1 to the Cooperative Agreement with Lynch Oil Company, Inc. <br />for Tank Wagon Fuel Services <br />Introduction: Consideration of Amendment No. 1 to the Cooperative Agreement with Lynch Oil <br />Company, Inc. via a piggyback engagement for the provision of tank wagon fuel services in an amount not <br />to exceed an additional $300,000 (for a cumulative not -to -exceed amount of $500,000.00) through March <br />30, 2018, in accordance with Osceola County Contract Number AR -12 -2326 -DW, effective January 9, <br />2012 through March 30, 2018, titled Tank Wagon Fuel Services, on an as -needed basis, is requested. <br />Budget Impact: Funds were provided through adoption of the FY 2018 budget in each Fund and <br />Department/Division's Operating Supplies (xxx-xxxx-xxx.52-xx) account for FY 20018 that uses fuel from <br />the City's fuel depot. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Amendment No. 1 to the Cooperative Agreement with Lynch Oil Company, Inc. to continue to provide and <br />perform Tank Wagon Fuel Services on an as -needed basis through March 30, 2018 for up to an additional <br />$300,000.00 for a cumulative not -to -exceed amount of $500,000.00. <br />L. Amendment No. 2 to Extend Term to the Standard Consultant Asreement with <br />Cardno Inc for Geographic Information System and Infrastructure Asset <br />Management <br />Introduction: Consideration of Amendment No. 2 to extend the term of the current Standard Consultant <br />Agreement for Professional Services for Geographic Information System (GIS) and Infrastructure Asset <br />Management with Cardno, Ina (Cardno) to February 12, 2018 is requested. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Amendment No. 2 with Cardno, Inc. <br />
