He advised that after two appraisals, the price for the parcel was determined to be <br />$210,000. <br />Budget Impact: The approval of this Contract for Purchase and Sale has a budgetary impact for the City <br />of Casselberry. The purchase price for the property is $210,000. Closing costs are estimated to be an <br />additional $20,000. The total budget for this acquisition is $230,000 and it will be charged to the Land <br />Account for the Parks and Maintenance Division (001-0410-5772.61-07). The source for funding will be <br />the Contingency Reserve budgeted in Non -Departmental. <br />BA # 18-008 <br />Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval to provide funding for the purchase <br />of approximately three acres real property in the amount of $230,000, including closing costs and consulting <br />services. The property is located directly south of and contiguous to the Casselberry Golf Course Number <br />8 Hole fronting S. Lost lake Lane (parcel identification number 09-21-30-5BO-OA00-001C).
