CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of May 22, 2017 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 11 of 12 <br />No report. <br />No report. <br />Commissioner Andrew Meadows — Seat No. 2 <br />Congratulated Chief Planner Emily Hanna on her promotion. <br />Advised he had received similar feedback from the developers of Bainbridge Apartments as <br />Mr. Newlon had, and noted it was nice to hear positive comments about City staff and he <br />commended them for the work they do. <br />Commissioner Sandra Solomon - Seat No. 3: <br />Added her congratulations to Ms. Hanna on her promotion to Chief Planner. <br />Thanked code enforcement staff for all they do and plan to do, noting that she understood it <br />was not an easy job. <br />Commissioner Bill Hufford — Seat No. 4: <br />Extended congratulations to Chief Planner Emily Hanna. <br />Thanked City staff who had participated in the Field Service Day for South Seminole Middle <br />School on Friday, May 12, 2017, adding that he had enjoyed participating and the students <br />and volunteers had gotten a lot accomplished. He stated that it was a good opportunity for the <br />students to reach out to the community and learn how to serve, and he believed plans were <br />being made to make it an annual event. <br />Vice Mayor Anthony Aramendia - Seat No. 1: <br />Congratulated Ms. Hanna on her promotion, and commended her for a great j ob on working <br />to get the Lakes District up and running. <br />Reported he had also attended the Bainbridge grand opening on Thursday, May 18, 2017 and <br />was impressed with the quality of the project. He added that he hoped to soon see some <br />commercial businesses being located on the outparcels along U.S. Highway 17-92. <br />Advised that the Seminole Cultural Arts Council would be recognizing Laurence Vienneau as <br />
