CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of May 22, 2017 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 12 of 12 <br />its 2017 Artist of the Year at the Seminole County Board of County Commissioners meeting <br />on Tuesday, May 23, 2017. <br />Stated he wanted to call the City Manager's attention to the fact there was a large crack on the <br />front wall of the Camelot subdivision facing Winter Park Drive. <br />Mayor Glancy —Seat No. 5: <br />Extended congratulations to Chief Planner Emily Hanna. <br />Expressed appreciation to all staff who had played a role in the Bainbridge Development, <br />stating how pleased she was to have heard all the compliments about staff and how business - <br />friendly the City was. <br />Asked Community Development Director Woodruff to introduce his new staff members who <br />were present. Mr. Woodruff introduced Ms. Ebony Bernard, Lead Code Compliance Officer, <br />Mr. Chris Mauldin, Code Compliance Officer, and Mr. Marls Campbell, Code Compliance <br />Supervisor. Mayor Glancy welcomed them all and stated she was looking forward to great <br />things now that the Code Compliance Division had an intact team. <br />Discussion: A brief discussion ensued regarding opportunities for the Code Compliance staff to share <br />information about resources with citizens who may be facing difficulties which resulted in violations. City <br />Cleric Donna Gardner offered to assist Mr. Campbell with locating the most recent community service guide <br />compiled by the Seminole County Sheriff's Office for use by his staff in the field. <br />Reminded everyone of the upcoming Rock N' Blues Concert & Car Show Saturday, May 27, <br />2017 at Lake Concord Park. <br />Wished everyone a wonderful Memorial Day holiday weekend. <br />There being no further business, Mayor Glancy adjourned the meeting at 6:11 p.m. <br />DATE MINUTES APPROVED BY CITY COMMISSION: f` <br />ATTEST: <br />E <br />- w <br />Donna G.
