Capital Improvements <br />Update Goals, Objectives and Policies to ensure consistency with updates to the <br />Transportation, Infrastructure, Recreation and Public School Facilities Elements, <br />resulting from the implementation of applicable master plan policies within those <br />elements <br />Ensure existing policies maximize the efficiency of updates to the Capital <br />Improvements Plan (CIP) to ensure the effective prioritization and funding of those <br />improvements <br />Recreation & Open Space <br />This element will be updated by another firm to reflect the priorities and guidance established <br />by the Parks & Recreation Master Plan that they are preparing. <br />10.
