Traffic Circulation Replace with a Multi -modal Transportation Element that: Implements policies and supporting data from "Connecting Casselberry" (Multi Modal Transportation Plan adopted 8-22-16) Transitions from an auto -centric network to a network that supports multiple modes of transportation Supports new and continued funding of future transportation projects 3. Housing Update the Element's supporting data and analysis to evaluate the City's growth since the last update and project future trends • Clarify Goals, Objectives and Policies related to attracting/providing affordable and workforce housing in the City to ensure these goals are measurable and attainable • Explore incentives for housing diversification • Establish Green Building Standards • Implement historic preservation goals 4. Infi•ast•ucture Update supporting data and analyses to ensure that facility improvements are keeping pace with development and are in line with City priorities Update sub -elements to reflect the priorities established by recently adopted master plans Stormwater & Water Quality Master Plan Wastewater Master Plan Conservation Update the Element's support data and analysis to evaluate any changes since the last update and project future trends Clarify Goals, Objectives and Policies related to Conservation to ensure goals are measurable and attainable Ensure consistency between Conservation element and Conservation policies in other elements Establish Green Building Standards
