Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hufford. <br />Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />A. Award of Invitation to Bid ITB -2017-0090 and Agreement with Altair Environmental <br />Group, LLC for the 2015 Storm Drain Rehabilitation Project #PW 1501 and Related <br />Budget Amendment #17-024 <br />Staff Presentation: Deputy Public Works Director/City Engineer Kelly Brock gave an overview ofthis item, <br />explaining that the project involved a significant amount of storm pipe replacement and underdrain on <br />Lowndes Square and Apple Hill Hollow which had been needed for quite some time and the project would <br />also include inlet replacements, erosion improvements, and a small amount of repaving to address some <br />drainage and ponding issues at Guinevere Drive and Excalibur Drive. <br />Public Participation: No one came forward to address this item. <br />Budget Impact: Approval of Budget Amendment # 17-024 will increase both the Stormwater Infrastructure <br />Account #110-0740-539.63-47 and the Other Non -Operating Sources account #110-0000-389.90-00 in the <br />amount of $1,467,367. <br />BA #17-024 <br />Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval to provide funding for costs associated <br />with an agreement with Altair Environmental Group, LLC to provide construction services related to the 2015 <br />Storm Drain Rehabilitation Project, in the amount of $1,397,492.
