Annual Report of Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Plan Activity for 2016 <br />Introduction: The City of Casselberry Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Plan Annual Report of <br />Investment Activity for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2016 is submitted for City Commission review and <br />acceptance. The report is a ministerial duty required under Florida Statutes and is provided for informational <br />purposes only. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended acceptance of the City of <br />Casselberry Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Plan Annual Report of Investment Activity. <br />H. Authorization to Request Funding Assistance from the Emergency Watershed <br />Protection Program <br />Introduction: Authorization to request funding assistance from the Natural Resources Conservation Service <br />(MRCS) Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) Federal Program to address erosion concerns in Gee Creels <br />due to Hurricane Matthew is requested. <br />Budget Impact: There is no immediate budget impact associated with this item, but the City will be expected <br />to commit at least 25% match funding if EWP becomes available and the City enters into an Agreement with <br />NRCS. (Such an Agreement would be brought forward as a future agenda item.) <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval to request <br />funding assistance from the NRCS Emergency Watershed Protection Program to address erosion concerns in <br />
