Resolution 17-2939 — Identifv Theft Detection and Prevention Proiaram Update <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, REVISING AND UPDATING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY IDENTITY <br />THEFT DETECTION AND PREVENTION PROGRAM; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 17-2939 approves the revised Identity Theft Detection and Prevention Program <br />dated January 9, 2017. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Resolution 17- <br />2939, updating the City's Identity Theft Detection and Prevention Program. <br />E. Resolution 17-2940 — Revised City Investment PolicX <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA REVISING THE CITY INVESTMENT POLICY; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 17-2940 accepts and approves the revised Investment Policy dated January 9, 2017. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Resolution 17- <br />2940. <br />F. Sunnlemental Aareement No. 54 with CPH. Inc. for Gee Creek Erosion Control at <br />North Winter Park Drive and Related Budget Amendment #17-018 <br />Introduction: Consideration of Supplemental Agreement No. 54 to the Agreement for Continuing Consulting <br />Engineering Services with CPH, Inc. (CPH) in the amount of $72,571 and related Budget Amendment #17- <br />018 to provide professional design services for the Gee Creek Erosion Control at North Winter Park Drive <br />project are requested. Staff recommends allocating an additional 5% over CPR's fee in order to cover potential <br />unanticipated design costs, for a total encumbrance of $76,200. <br />Budget Impact: Approval of Budget Amendment # 17-018 will increase the Stormwater Utility Professional <br />Services account #110-0740-539.31-00 and the Other Non -Operating Sources account #110-0000-389.90-00 <br />
