CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of August 14, 2017 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 6 of 13 <br />of City facilities, temporary security personnel, emergency cleaning of stormwater catch basins, temporary <br />fueling sites and dispensing, rental of various equipment with operators and temporary fencing. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City budget. In the event this agreement is activated following a <br />debris -generating event, a budget amendment will be presented to the City Commission for approval to <br />authorize spending out of fund balance reserves. <br />H. Agreement with Thompson Consulting Services, LLC as a Tier I Provider of Disaster <br />Debris Monitoring Services. [RFP -2017-02031 <br />Introduction: Consideration of an agreement with Thompson Consulting Services, LLC as a Tier I Contractor <br />for the award to provide disaster debris monitoring services on an as -needed basis is requested for an initial <br />not -to -exceed amount of up to $250,000.00 per activation without further City Commission approval for the <br />period beginning August 14, 2017 through August 13, 2020 is requested. [Reference: RFP -2017-0203] <br />This agreement will allow for the monitoring of all debris generated as a result of road clearing, hazardous tree, <br />tree stump and tree removal, right-of-way (ROW) debris management, roll -off hauling, loading and hauling, <br />street sweeping, disposal services, and miscellaneous disposal, and right -of -entry (ROE) management <br />following a debris -generating event such as hurricane, storm, or other catastrophic event. This agreement also <br />provides various ancillary services if needed including, but not limited to, training and assistance, preliminary <br />damage assessment, debris planning efforts, update or creation of a City Debris Management Plan and <br />digitization of all source documentation. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City budget. In the event this agreement is activated following a <br />debris -generating event, a budget amendment will be presented to the City Commission for approval to <br />authorize spending out of fund balance reserves. <br />Supplemental Agreement No. 58 to the Agreement for Continuing Consulting <br />Engineering Services with CPH, Inc. for the Howell Park Water Treatment Plant <br />Improvements Protect <br />Introduction: Consideration of Supplemental Agreement No. 58 to the Agreement for Continuing Consulting <br />Engineering Services between the City of Casselberry and CPH, Inc. (CPH) for the Howell Park Water <br />Treatment Plant Improvements Project in the amount of $199,906.00 is requested. <br />Budget Impact: Funding for Supplemental Agreement No. 58 in the amount not to exceed $199,906.00 was <br />budgeted in the FY 2017 Water and Sewer Utility Fund/Water Production Capital outlay account #401-0754- <br />533.62-25. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Supplemental Agreement No. 58 with CPH, Inc. <br />
