use. Such presence shall be considered trespass and may be grounds for <br />immediate arrest. <br />B. Closure. Any City Park, or any section or area of a City Park, may be <br />declared closed to the public at any time, and for any interval of time, as the City <br />Manager shall find reasonably necessary. <br />Sec. 60-4 General use and prohibitions. <br />A. Utilization of facilities as polling places. The City of Casselberry <br />reserves the right to cancel all programs in order to provide, in conjunction with <br />the Seminole County Supervisor of Elections, a place for polling. <br />B. Risk of use. Persons using the City Park(s) do so at their own risk. <br />C. Children. Adults are responsible for children that they bring to the City <br />Park(s) or who are otherwise under their care, custody or control. <br />D. Interference with personnel. It is unlawful to interfere with, hinder, or <br />oppose any law enforcement officer or City employee in the discharge of his or <br />her duties or with the enforcement of this chapter. <br />E. Traffic. The State Uniform Traffic Control Laws, F.S. ch. 316, and all <br />other Florida Statutes related to traffic enforcement, are incorporated by reference <br />and made part of this chapter and shall apply to the operation of all motor <br />vehicles, as defined in chapter 316, on streets and roads in all City Park(s), unless <br />modified herein. Law enforcement officers and City employees are hereby <br />authorized to direct traffic whenever necessary within the City Park(s). <br />F. Fireworks/destructive devices/weapons. <br />1. It is unlawful to carry, fire or discharge any fireworks, as defined <br />in F.S. § 791.01, of any description in a City Park, except as provided by F.S. § <br />790.06, and any other pertinent state statute. <br />2. The use of bows and arrows, cross bows, paint ball guns and <br />rockets are also prohibited. <br />G. Domestic animals. <br />1. Except as authorized by the Recreation Division Manager, no <br />domestic animals, as defined in F.S. § 585.01, other than dogs, shall be permitted <br />within any City Park. <br />Ordinance 17-1462 <br />Page 5 <br />
