BA #17-020 Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval for the refund of impact fees that were overpaid by Bainbridge for multimodal improvements. BA #17-021 Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval to record the donation of the Talisman Trail (North/South, $264,253) and Bainbridge Trail (East/West, $143,706) to the City from CO -BB Casselberry Venture LLC (Bainbridge).
