Resolution 17-2942 — Sidewalk Reimbursement Agreement with CO -BB — <br />Casselben Venture, LLC (East/West Connection) and Related Budget Amendment <br />#17-019 <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, TO ENTER INTO A <br />SIDEWALK REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE CO -BB CASSELBERRY <br />VENTURES LLC. FOR THE EAST/WEST CONNECTION; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 17-2942 accepts the terms and conditions of the Sidewalk Reimbursement <br />Agreement with CO -BB Casselberry Venture, LLC to develop a shared use path that connects Oxford Road to <br />US Highway 17-92 along Bainbridge at Casselberry Apartments northern property boundary (East/West <br />Connection), and authorizes the Mayor to execute said agreement. Consideration of related Budget <br />Amendment #17-019 is also requested. <br />Budget Impact: Approval of Budget Amendment #17-019 will increase the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency Fund Other Non-operating Sources account #113-0000-389.90-00 and the Economic Opportunity <br />Incentives account #113-0210-515.49-11 in the amount of $35,747 in each account. <br />BA #17-019 <br />Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval to provide funding for costs associated <br />with the Bainbridge (east/west) Trail Project as an economic opportunity incentive pursuant to the agreement <br />between the City and the CO -BB Casselberry Venture LLC. <br />Account Number Account Description Amount <br />Increase: <br />113-0000-389.90-00 Other Non -Operating source $35,747 <br />113-0210-515.49-11 Other Current Charges -Economic $35,747 <br />Opportunity Incentives <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Interim Community Development Director recommended <br />approval of Resolution 17-2942 and related Budget Amendment #17-019. <br />REMOVED FROM CONSENT AGENDA FOR SEPARATE DISCUSSION AND CONSIDERATION <br />(See motion on Page 6 of these minutes.) <br />
