Resolution 17-2942 — Sidewalk Reimbursement Agreement with CO -BB — Casselben Venture, LLC (East/West Connection) and Related Budget Amendment #17-019 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, TO ENTER INTO A SIDEWALK REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE CO -BB CASSELBERRY VENTURES LLC. FOR THE EAST/WEST CONNECTION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 17-2942 accepts the terms and conditions of the Sidewalk Reimbursement Agreement with CO -BB Casselberry Venture, LLC to develop a shared use path that connects Oxford Road to US Highway 17-92 along Bainbridge at Casselberry Apartments northern property boundary (East/West Connection), and authorizes the Mayor to execute said agreement. Consideration of related Budget Amendment #17-019 is also requested. Budget Impact: Approval of Budget Amendment #17-019 will increase the Community Redevelopment Agency Fund Other Non-operating Sources account #113-0000-389.90-00 and the Economic Opportunity Incentives account #113-0210-515.49-11 in the amount of $35,747 in each account. BA #17-019 Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval to provide funding for costs associated with the Bainbridge (east/west) Trail Project as an economic opportunity incentive pursuant to the agreement between the City and the CO -BB Casselberry Venture LLC.
