Resolution 16-2930 — Industrial Waste Pretreatment Pro 1aam Agreement between the City of Orlando and the City of CasselbeM "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AN INDUSTRIAL WASTE PRETREATMENT PROGRAM AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ORLANDO AND THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 16-293 0 approves the Industrial Waste Pretreatment Program Agreement between the City of Orlando and the City of Casselberry, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 16-2930. F.
