Addendum #3 to the Agreement with Eola Technology Partners, LLC for the <br />Provision of Information Technology Managed Services <br />Introduction: Consideration for approval of Addendum #3 to the Agreement with Eola Technology Partners, <br />LLC for the provision of information systems managed services is requested. Expenditures associated with this <br />request are not to exceed $15,000.00 per month, for a cumulative not -to -exceed amount of $180,000 for the <br />period beginning January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017. <br />Budget Impact: Funds have been budgeted in the FY 2017 budget in the General Fund/Information <br />Technology Professional Services account #001-0151-513.31-00 through September 30, 2017. Subsequent <br />budget necessary to provide funding through December 31, 2017 will be provided in the adoption of the FY <br />2018 budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Addendum #3 to <br />the Agreement with Eola Technology Partners, LLC. <br />H. Supplemental Agreement No. 8 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for <br />Continuing Professional Services with Reiss Engineering, Inc. for Potable, <br />Wastewater and Reclaimed Water Hydraulic Modeling and Capacity Analysis <br />Introduction: Consideration for approval of Supplemental Agreement No. 8 to the Standard Consultant <br />Agreement for Continuing Professional Services between the City of Casselberry and Reiss Engineering, Inc. <br />(Reiss) for Potable, Wastewater and Reclaimed Water Hydraulic Modeling and Capacity Analysis, in the <br />amount of $48,200 is requested. <br />Budget Impact: Funding has been provided in the FY 2017 Water and Sewer Utility Fund budget in an <br />amount not to exceed $48,200.00 and is available in the Water Production Professional Set -vices account #401- <br />0754-533.31-00 ($24,100.00) and the Water Reclamation Professional Services account #401-0753-535.31-00 <br />($24,100.00). <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Supplemental Agreement No. 8 with Reiss Engineering, Inc. <br />
