CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of October 10, 2016 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 6 of 14 <br />BA #17-003 <br />Explanation of Request: This budget amendment is necessary to recognize a donation from Casselberry <br />Friends of the Park in the amount of $4,100 and to provide budgetary allocation in the Repairs and <br />Maintenance account to replace aged trees in Lake Concord Park. <br />Account Number Account Description Amount <br />Increase: <br />115-0000-366.91-00 Contributions/Private Sources $4,100 <br />115-0720-541.46-15 Repairs and Maintenance $4,100 <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Budget <br />Amendment #17-003. <br />Audience Participation: The following individual came forward to address the Consent Agenda: <br />Mr. Tom Schwartz, 806 Dogwood Drive, stated he was a resident of Lake Kathryn Estates <br />and thanked the City Commission, the City Manager and the Public Works Department for <br />responding quickly to concerns about the high water level in Lake Kathryn and overflow fi•om <br />other water bodies in the City. He added that the residents of his development were delighted <br />with the response from the City and submitted photographs showing the water levels to City <br />Clerk Donna Gardner. <br />No one came else came forward. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Solomon moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Aramendia. Motion carried unanimously <br />by voice vote 5-0. <br />A. Future Agenda Items <br />No items were presented for consideration on this agenda. <br />B.
