CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of October 10, 2016 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 12 of 14 <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Audience participation: No one came forward to address this item. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Solomon moved to retain the golf course in its existing condition <br />as an 18 -hole golf course with the existing stormwater ponds, and to accept all <br />of staffs recommendations relating to the Stormwater Master Plan and <br />stormwater improvements, as presented. Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor <br />Aramendia. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />13. CI'T'IZENS' COMMENTS <br />'T'S <br />Mayor Glancy announced persons that wished to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on the <br />agenda, may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. Mayor Glancy announced the rules of <br />decorum. No one came forward. <br />® Again expressed his thanks and appreciation for the devoted, professional and unselfish <br />efforts of all staff who worked during the Hurricane Matthew storm event last weekend. <br />® Reported that the red light camera litigation was winding down and of the total settlement <br />proceeds of approximately $98,000, there was paymentto claimants of $4,600, approximately <br />$40,000 to plaintiff's attorneys' fees, $30,000 coming back to the City of Casselberry, and <br />approximately $10,000 going to Friends of the Park. <br />® Shared that October 10, 2016 was the 76t1i anniversary of the incorporation of the Town of <br />Casselberry with approximately 100 citizens and founder Hibbard Casselberry as the first <br />Mayor. <br />Commissioner Andrew Meadows — Seat No. 2 <br />® Thanked Chief Krantz and all staff for doing a great job preparing for and managing <br />
