CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of July 11, 2016 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 9 of 14 <br />SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Staff Presentation: Development Services Manager Randy Woodruff gave a brief overview of Ordinance 16- <br />1448, advising that if approved the ordinance would amend the future land use map designation for the <br />recently annexed properties located at 315 and 351 Concord Drive from Seminole County Low Density <br />Residential (LDR) to City of Casselberry Public Service (PS). He advised that the requested land use <br />designation was compatible with the proposed future use of this site, consistent with the City's Comprehensive <br />Plan, and compatible with the surrounding mix of zoning and land uses. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval of <br />Ordinance 16-1448 on first reading. <br />Audience Participation: No one came forward to address Ordinance 16-1448. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve Ordinance 16-1448 on first <br />reading, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Solomon. <br />Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />C. Ordinance 16-1449 — Official Zoning Map Amendment for Properties Located at 315 <br />and 351 Concord Drive (ZB 16-03) <br />Ms. Sundvall read Ordinance 16-1449 by title as follows: <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, <br />UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING <br />CLASSIFICATION OF PS (PUBLIC SERVICE) FOR THE PARCELS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I <br />OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Staff Presentation: Development Services Manager Randy Woodruff gave a brief overview of Ordinance 16- <br />1449, stating that this was a request to amend the Official Zoning Map designation for recently annexed <br />properties located at 315 and 351 Concord Drive from Seminole County R-lA (Single Family Residential) to <br />the City of Casselberry Public Service (PS).
