Staff Presentation: Development Services Manager Randy Woodruff gave a brief overview of Ordinance 16- 1448, advising that if approved the ordinance would amend the future land use map designation for the recently annexed properties located at 315 and 351 Concord Drive from Seminole County Low Density Residential (LDR) to City of Casselberry Public Service (PS). He advised that the requested land use designation was compatible with the proposed future use of this site, consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan, and compatible with the surrounding mix of zoning and land uses. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval of Ordinance 16-1448 on first reading. Audience Participation: No one came forward to address Ordinance 16-1448. MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve Ordinance 16-1448 on first reading, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Solomon. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. C. Ordinance 16-1449 — Official Zoning Map Amendment for Properties Located at 315 and 351 Concord Drive (ZB 16-03) Ms. Sundvall read Ordinance 16-1449 by title as follows: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF PS (PUBLIC SERVICE) FOR THE PARCELS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." He advised that the proposed Official Zoning Map amendment to PS (Public Service) was compatible with the proposed future use of this site; compatible with the proposed Future Land Use Designation of Public Service (PS); Consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan; and Compatible with the surrounding mix of zoning and land uses.
