Mr. Campbell stated the vehicle wa. learly the same what was under the c, r; it's in the same position and <br />sees it's inoperable with no license present. The covering does not satisfy the code, they would have to prove <br />that the vehicle is in compliance. <br />The Special Magistrate stated that the cover is pulled off enough to show there is no silence plate or tag on it. <br />There also seemed to be repair equipment around it, the next photo shows it covered up again. <br />Nathan Johnson stated that in the third picture there is no proof that it's the same vehicle and no proof that it's <br />unlicensed or inoperable. The second picture shows the vehicle after notice was given that it's inoperable. Mr. <br />Johnson continued. <br />Finding of fact- The Special Magistrate made a finding in case # 15-01256, 420 Kentia Rd. There was a finding <br />of violation for ULDR Section 3-10.9 F, unlicensed, inoperable vehicle(s), the finding was made July 14, 2016 <br />for the property to come into compliance by July 28, 2016 or a fine of $50.00 per day could be imposed. It was <br />ordered that the fine be imposed, $50.00 per day starting July 28, 2016 until August 10, 2016. <br />Fence erected without permit; ULDR Section 2-7.10(A) <br />® CE -16-00093 55 N Winter Park Dr <br />Mark Campbell, Lead Code Compliance Officer read the case history into record, case number CE -16-00093. <br />The property was found to be in compliance on August 3, 2016. Due to compliance, the City requests that no <br />fine be imposed. <br />Finding of Fact- This cause had come before the Special Magistrate on June 9, 2016 on a notice of violation for <br />a fence without a permit ULDR Section 2-7.10 (A), compliance was ordered by August 10, 2016 or a fine of <br />$25.00 per day would be imposed. The property is now in compliance as of August 3, 2016, no fine was <br />imposed, however a standing order was imposed, in effect for the next five years for any repeat violations of the <br />same code, a fine of $500 per day could be imposed. <br />Swimming pool standards; ULDR Section 3-10.3 <br />CE -16-00132 400 Hibiscus Rd <br />Mark Campbell, Lead Code Compliance Officer read the case history into record. The property was found to be <br />Non -Compliant on July 29, 2016 and on August 10, 2016. The City requests that the $250 per day fine be <br />imposed. Mr. Campbell stated there were representatives present to testify they have treated the pool, they City <br />does not have photographic evidence that the pool had been treated. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if the property owner was present. The owner was not present. <br />Jacob Crawford, J F C services, 21535 Highway 301 North, Laudy, FL 32058. They were ordered by MSI to <br />provide shock to the pool, evidence was provided that two cases of shock (12 bags) to treat and kill any bacteria <br />into the water. Mr. Crawford provided photos to justify they did shock the pool and stirred in the shock. <br />The Special Magistrate asked when the service was provided. <br />Mr. Crawford stated the shock was completed March 13, 2016. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if they had done anything else since then. <br />Mr. Crawford stated he did not cover the property after that, he did maintain grass on a bi-weekly schedule. Mr. <br />Crawford was last on the property two months ago. <br />Steven Rice, 400 Gold Medal Ct, Longwood, FL of R and R restorations stated that after the pool was shocked <br />there were pictures showing the pool being covered. The pool was covered on July 9, 2016. <br />The Special Magistrate asked Mr. Rice when he was last out at 400 Hibiscus Rd. <br />21 Page <br />
