Section 42-2 of the City Code Amended. That Section 42-2 <br />"Recommendation of Regulations by Fire Chief' of Article I, "In General" of Chapter 42, "Fire <br />Protection and Prevention" 'of the City of Casselberry Code of Ordinances is hereby repealed in <br />its entirety and replaced with Section 42-2 "Title" which is hereby established as follows: <br />Sec. 42-2. 1 all e. <br />This Chapter shall be known as the Fire Prevention Code of the Cit v of <br />Casselberry. This Fire Prevention Code is enacted for the purpose of regulating <br />and preventing fire and life safety hazards in the Citv. <br />Section 7. Section 42-3 of the City Code Amended. That Section 42-3 "Fire drills <br />and Exits at Schools" of Article I, "In General" of Chapter 42, "Fire Protection and Prevention" <br />of the City of Casselberry Code of Ordinances is hereby repealed in its entirety and replaced with <br />Section 42-3 "Authority; Duties of Chief of Fire Department" which is hereby established as <br />follows: <br />Sec. 42-3. Authority; Duties of Chief of Fire Department. <br />Ca Pursuant to the terms and conditions agreed to by and between the City <br />and Seminole County in the Agreement for Fire and Emergency Medical <br />Services, effective October 1, 2015, as may be amended from time to time, it shall <br />be the duty of the Fire Chief to enforce the Seminole County Fire Prevention <br />Code and the laws and rules of the State Fire Marshal in accordance with Section <br />633.118, Florida Statutes (2015), as amended from time to time.
