Planning & Zoning Commission/ <br />Local Planning Agency <br />April 12, 2016 <br />Page 5 <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address SPR 16-02. Mr. Phillips made a motion that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission approve the major site plan application for 1280 Seminola Boulevard (SPR 16-02) based on the site plan dated <br />April 5, 2016, the findings of fact and conclusions of the information provided in the staff report dated April 13, 2016, and <br />subject to the conditions outlined in the staff report including the waiver as requested. Mr. Van Meter seconded the motion. <br />The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Ninth Item of Business: Other Business <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding the format of the agenda packet. The Planning and Zoning Commission <br />requested the agenda packet be sent as separate agenda items. <br />A general discussion ensued regarding any possible changes to the City Code that could be made to ensure that <br />parking requirements are met before the issuance of a Business Tax Receipt. Ms. Hanna stated that a Business Tax Receipt <br />is a tax and there is nothing legally the City can do to regulate the parking requirements. <br />Tenth Item of Business: Adjournment. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, Mr. Henson adjourned the meeting at 7:25 p.m. <br />Date Minutes Approved by Planning and Zoning Commission: r`s <br />Joni DIxon, Secretary <br />
