The <br />requested suite ran seat up to 45 people. <br />The subject property is developed frith a commercial building that was built 1960 and is <br />approximately 6,500 square feet in sin rtith 15 parking spaces. Of the mailable 15 spaces, there are <br />no ADA spaces provided. All of the existing puking spaces are substandard in size with <br />messurements of (9x16) and (INI6).
