She said it is based on the two conditions outlined in the staff report. <br />Mr. Henson asked the applicant to come forward. Mr. Brian Hefner, 604 Courtland Street, Orlando, Florida came <br />forward. There were no questions for the applicant. <br />Mr. Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, the <br />request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address SP 16-01. Mr. Phillips made a motion that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission provide a recommendation of approval to the City Commission for Greenville Casselberry Replat" (SP 16-01), <br />Preliminary Plat, based upon the plat dated February 3, 2016, the findings of fact and conclusions of the staff report dated <br />February 10, 2016, subject to the two conditions outlined in the staff report including Exhibits A —D and the comments thereto. <br />Mr. Bryan seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Eighth Item of Business: SP 15-06: The Reserve at Legacy Park, Replat. Plat for a subdivision on Seminola Boulevard <br />within the Seminola Boulevard Overlay District. <br />Ms. Emily Hanna, Planner I, said the Commission has reviewed this item at a prior meeting; however, it was not <br />identified as a final plat. Ms. Hanna said that this item was brought back for clarification that it is a final plat for the <br />Commission's review. In response to the Commission's question, Ms. Hanna said that no changes have been made to the <br />plat. <br />Mr. Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, the <br />request. Ms. <br />Campbell seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Ninth Item of Business: SPR 15-17: Casselberry Greenville.
