City Center Property Development Report <br />City Manager Randy Newlon advised that work was continuing on what is now being called the Lake Concord <br />Park project, and gave a brief history of recent progress on the project and then gave a brief overview of the <br />proposed revised site plan for the project, including among other things, the realignment of Triplet Lake Drive, <br />entrance features, landscaping, and adjustments to make the area more pedestrian friendly. <br />No items were scheduled on this agenda. <br />No items were schedule on this agenda. <br />1 <br />A. First Reading of Ordinance 14 -1414 — Amendment to the Unified Land <br />Development Regulations (LPA 14 -08) and Official Zoning Map(ZB 14 -02 ) to <br />include the Lake Concord Overlay District <br />The City Clerk read Ordinance 14 -1414 by title as follows: <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLROIDA, AMENDING ARTICLE VII <br />"GENERAL REGULATIONS" OF THE CITY'S UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT <br />REGULATIONS TO ADD SECTION 2 -7.32, "LAKE CONCORD OVERLAY DISTRICT <br />STANDARDS ", TO ESTABLISH DESIGN STANDARDS; AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING <br />MAP, AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2 -4.3, AS AMENDED AND <br />SUPPLEMENTED, TO ADD THE "LAKE CONCORD OVERLAY DISTRICT" TO INCLUDE THE <br />PARCELS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; AMENDING ARTICLE XXI, <br />SECTION 5 -21.2, "DEFINITION OF TERMS," TO ADD ASSOCIATED DEFINITIONS; AND <br />PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Notice of Public Hearing: The Notice of Public Hearing for first reading of Ordinance 14 -1414 was <br />published in the Orlando Sentinel on Thursday, November 6, 2014, and at its meeting on November 18, 2014 <br />the City Commission continued first reading of Ordinance 14 -1414 to a date certain of January 12, 2015. <br />Staff Presentation: Planner Marie Regan gave a presentation outlining the proposed amendments to the <br />Unified Land Development Regulations (ULDR) and the City's Official Zoning Map to include the Lake <br />Concord Overlay District. She gave an overview of various design standards which were developed for the <br />Lake Concord Overlay District in accordance with the City Commission's adopted "Guiding Principles" for the <br />
