Mgyors/Managers Group Report <br />Reported she had attended a meeting on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 and shared some highlights from a <br />presentation which had been given by members of the Seminole County Economic Advisory Committee, <br />including Mr. John Hillenmeyer, CEO of Orlando Health; Mr. Tom Green, CEO of Providence One Partners; <br />and Mr. Ron Davoli, President/CEO of Wharton- Smith. <br />E. Council of Local Governments in Seminole County(CALNO) Report <br />No report, but advised that the next meeting would be hosted by the City of Casselberry on February 4, 2015. <br />F. Seminole County Redevelopment Planning Agency Report <br />No report. <br />G. City Center Proper Development Report <br />City Manager Randy Newlon advised that he and staff had interviews with candidates for the construction <br />manager at risk for the site development and road realignment projects for the Lake Concord Park project and <br />there was only one remaining candidate at this time. He added that staff would most likely be making a <br />recommendation to the Commission at the first meeting in February 2015. He also advised that there was a <br />possibility that he would be requesting the Commission to consider funding for additional borings to be taken <br />at the site to fiuther address the muck issues. In response to questions from Vice Mayor Solomon, Mr. Newlon <br />advised that if all went well it was possible that ground breaking on the project could occur around June of <br />2015. <br />A. Resolution 15 -2696 — Interlocal Aueement with Seminole County for Funding of <br />Oxford Road Improvements <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 15 -2696 by title as follows; <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT AND <br />PROMISSORY NOTE WITH SEMINOLE' COUNTY PERTAINING TO OXFORD ROAD <br />REDEVELOPMENT FUNDING; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Staff Presentation: City Manager Randy Newlon gave a brief overview of Resolution 15 -2696 explaining <br />that Seminole County voters had approved the third generation infrastructrue penny sales tax which became <br />
