CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of January 260 2015— Regular Meeting <br />Page 7 of 20 <br />Audience Participation: The following individuals came forward to address the Consent Agenda; <br />1. Mr. James Fraleigh, 23 Teresa Court, spoke in opposition to Items B, C, G and I of the <br />Consent Agenda, stating he did not think the Mayor should be authorized to sign anything <br />without the residents' consent, he did not feel the Food Truck Bazaar should be held on City - <br />owned property, and he did not feel the City should purchase a sculpture with taxpayers' <br />money. <br />2. Mr. John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, expressed some concerns about Item F of <br />the Consent Agenda relating to First Quarter Budget Amendments, stating he thought the <br />amendments were approved annually and not on a quarterly basis. <br />No one else came forward. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Hufford moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as amended. <br />Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Solomon. Motion carried unanimously by <br />voice vote 5 -0. <br />8. DISCUSSI ®N ITEMS <br />A. Future Agenda Items <br />No items were presented for consideration. <br />B. Municipal AdvisoU Committee (Metroplan ) Report <br />No report. <br />C. Leadership Seminole Board Report <br />Reported that she had attended the annual meeting with the Board of Directors and the Executive Council <br />which was hosted by Florida Hospital Altamonte. She advised that discussion had centered on the issue ofthe <br />homelessness situation in Seminole County and shared some points from a presentation that was made by Mr. <br />Andrae Bailey, Executive Director of Central Florida Regional Commission on Homelessness. She suggested <br />that anyone wishing to learn more should check out the website Rethinkhomelessness.org. <br />Vice Mayor Solomon left the chambers at 4,18 p.m. <br />Vice Mayor Solomon returned to the Chambers at 4.22 p. in. <br />
