Piggyback Purchases with Crop Production Services for Herbicide for Aquatic Plant Management Activities Introduction: This item provides for piggyback purchases of herbicides for 'aquatic plant management activities from Crop Production Services, Inc. (CPS) in an amount not to exceed $40,344.86, under prices reflected in CPS's contract with the St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD). Budget Impact: Sufficient funds have been budgeted in FY 2015 and are available in the Stormwater utility Fund Account #110- 0740 - 539.52 -00 for the herbicide purchase from CPS in the amount of $40,344.86. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval ofthe purchase of herbicides from CPS in the amount of $40,344.86. - I. Purchase of "Renewal" Sculpture by Mindy Colton & Related Budget Amendment #15 -022 Introduction: This item requests approval to purchase the large -scale metal sculpture titled "Renernal" from artist Mindy Colton for the amount of $6,000 and approval of related Budget Amendment #15-022. Budget Impact: Approval of Budget Amendment #15 -022 will increase the General Fund Equipment Other account #001- 0411- 572.67 -35 and reduce the Art Purchases account #001- 0411- 572.58 -00 in the amount of $6,000. BA #15 -022 Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval to provide Rinding to cover the costs associated with the purchase of the large -scale metal sculpture in Lake Concord Park, titled "Renewal ", from artist Mindy Colton in the amount of $6,000 utilizing the General Fund Recreation Division Art Purchases Rinds.
