Resolution 15 -2698 — FY 2015 First Quarter Budget Amendments <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ANNUAL <br />OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2014 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2015; PROVIDING FOR AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 15 -2698 revises and amends the annual operating budget ofthe City of Casselberry <br />as approved on September 22, 2014 through Resolution 14 -2654 fot the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2014 <br />for budget amendments approved during the first quarter of FY 2015, <br />Budget Impact: The First Quarter Budget Amendment spreadsheet details changes to the budget as a result of <br />Budget Amendments adopted by the City Commission at various meetings during the first quarter of Fiscal <br />Year 2015. These changes are presented in summary in the "First Quarter Budget Amendments" spreadsheet <br />attached to Resolution 15 -2698 and reflect changes in individual funds. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Resolution 15- <br />2698. <br />G. Resolution 15 -2699 — Supplemental Agreement #14 to the Continuing Professional <br />Development Management Services Contract with Associated Consulting <br />International, Inc. <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT #14 TO THE <br />CONTINUING PROFESSINAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES CONTRACT WITH ASSOCIATED <br />CONSULTING INTERNATIONAL, INC. TO PROVIDE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />CONSULTING SERVICES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE <br />DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 15 -2699 approves Supplemental Agreement 414 to the Continuing Professional <br />Development Management Services contract with Associated Consulting International, Inc. in the amount of <br />$50,000 for general consulting set-vices related to economic development, and authorizes the Mayor to execute <br />said document on behalf of the City. <br />Budget Impact: The cost of Supplemental Agreement # 14 is an amount up to $50,000. The agreement funds <br />will be drawn down gradually over time and only as general tasks are assigned by the City. Funding is <br />available in the Non - Departmental Professional Services account #001 -0190 - 519.31 -00. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager recommended approval of Resolution 15 -2699. <br />
