Mr. Bryce Gibson, 175 Northmoor Road, voiced concerns about the maintenance of the <br />Casselberry Golf Course, and expressed hope that the City could work out a solution with the <br />owners to keep the history of the course and the viability of the green space alive. <br />3. Mr, John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, shared information he had gathered <br />regarding methods for generating revenues statewide and expressed his opinion that a <br />statewide service tax would be preferable to collection of ad valorem taxes. <br />No one else came forward. <br />At Mr. Newlon's request, Construction & Permitting Manager Marty Pawlikowski gave a brief report <br />regarding the road closures that will occur during the reconstruction of South Triplet Lake Drive, including <br />alternate vehicular routes; pedestrian access; and notice to residents, Seminole County, Seminole County <br />School Board and Seminole County School Board Transportation Services. <br />No report. <br />16. CITY COMMISSIONERS' REPORTS /COMMENTS <br />Commissioner Anthony Aramendia — Seat No. 1: <br />® Reported he had participated in the annual Central Florida Air Potato Raid on Saturday, January 24, <br />2015 and volunteers had collected 1,116 pounds of air potatoes which was lower than last year due to <br />inclement weather. He added he was still waiting for the county -wide count, but expected that the <br />City of Casselbely would have the most collected due to the number of volunteers who had turned out <br />for the event. <br />
