CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of April 27,2015— Regular Meeting <br />Page 9 of 19 <br />HODGE PUMP STATION REHABILITATION PROJECT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 15 -2724 approves Change Order No. 1 to the sole source purchase and installation <br />of a wet well pump station with Sanders Company, Inc. for additional equipment necessary to complete the <br />Lake Hodge Pump Station Rehabilitation Project for an amount not to exceed $6,095, and authorizes the <br />Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. Consideration of related Budget Amendment #15-033 <br />is also requested. <br />Budget Impact: Upon approval of Budget Amendment #15 -033, the Utility Fund Distribution and <br />Collection/Machinery & Equipment Other account #401- 0751 - 536.67 -35 will increase $6,095 and the Repairs <br />& Maintenance/Lift Stations account #401 - 0751 - 536.46 -13 will decrease $6,095. <br />BA #15 -033 <br />Explanation of Request: This Budget Amendment re- appropriates funding to cover additional costs incurred <br />during construction of the Lake Hodge Pump Station Rehabilitation project. Sanders, Inc., the sole source <br />contractor for the project, has submitted an invoice for this work at $6,095. Therefore, an additional $6,095 is <br />necessary to finish this project. MARTIN. <br />Introduction: Resolution 15 -2725 expresses the sincere commendation, affection and appreciation ofthe City <br />Commission, both for itself and on behalf of the citizens of the City of Casselberry, Florida to Collin G. <br />Martin, and was presented for formal recognition of Collin G. Martin's retirement from the City of Casselberry <br />after 26 years of public service in the Public Works Department. <br />
