Introduction: Resolution 15 -2724 approves Change Order No. 1 to the sole source purchase and installation of a wet well pump station with Sanders Company, Inc. for additional equipment necessary to complete the Lake Hodge Pump Station Rehabilitation Project for an amount not to exceed $6,095, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. Consideration of related Budget Amendment #15-033 is also requested. Budget Impact: Upon approval of Budget Amendment #15 -033, the Utility Fund Distribution and Collection/Machinery & Equipment Other account #401- 0751 - 536.67 -35 will increase $6,095 and the Repairs & Maintenance/Lift Stations account #401 - 0751 - 536.46 -13 will decrease $6,095. BA #15 -033 Explanation of Request: This Budget Amendment re- appropriates funding to cover additional costs incurred during construction of the Lake Hodge Pump Station Rehabilitation project. Sanders, Inc., the sole source contractor for the project, has submitted an invoice for this work at $6,095. Therefore, an additional $6,095 is necessary to finish this project. This budget amendment will re- appropriate sufficient funding to support this work. Introduction: Resolution 15 -2725 expresses the sincere commendation, affection and appreciation ofthe City Commission, both for itself and on behalf of the citizens of the City of Casselberry, Florida to Collin G. Martin, and was presented for formal recognition of Collin G. Martin's retirement from the City of Casselberry after 26 years of public service in the Public Works Department.
