Carson "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, IN RECOGNITION OF DEDICATED PUBLIC SERVICE TO THE CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA BY WATER DISTRIBUTION FIELD SUPERVISOR DANNY F. CARSON." Introduction: Resolution 15 -2726 expresses the sincere commendation, affection and appreciation ofthe City Commission, both for itself and on behalf of the citizens of the City of Casselberry, Florida to Danny F. Carson, and was presented for formal recognition of Danny F. Carson's retirement from the City of Casselberry after more than 30 years of public service in the Public Works Department. L. Wig "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, IN RECOGNITION OF DEDICATED PUBLIC SERVICE TO THE CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA BY WATER PRODUCTION PLANT OPERATOR II RONALD R. WIGHT." Introduction: Resolution 15 -2727 expresses the sincere commendation, affection and appreciation ofthe City Commission, both for itself and on behalf of the citizens of the City of Casselberry, Florida to Ronald R. Wight, and was presented for formal recognition of Ronald R. Wight's retirement fiom the City of Casselberry after more than 40 years of public service in the Public Works Department. A Piggyback Purchase of a 4- Wheeler for the Parks Recreation Division and Related Budget Amendment #15 -027 Introduction: Consideration for the piggyback purchase of a 4- wheeler for the Parks Recreation Division from Everglades Farm Equipment in the amount of $10,400 using the Florida sheriffs Association Bid # 14 -12- 0904 and related Budget Amendment # 15 -027 is requested. Budget Impact: Approval of Budget Amendment #15 -027 will increase the General Fund Parks Division Machinery & Equipment/Vehicle account #001 - 0411 - 572.67 -22 and will decrease the Rentals & Leases /Capital Lease account #001- 0410 - 572.44 -01 in the amount of $3,570, in addition to decreasing the General Fund Recreation Division Rentals & Leases /Capital Lease account #001- 0411 - 572.44 -01 in the amount of $6,830. BA #15 -027 Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval for a change in funding sources for the purchase of a 4- wheeler for the Parks Recreation Division. This item was originally approved in the FY 2015 budget as a capital lease purchase. Rather than utilizing capital lease debt proceeds to purchase this item, staff is requesting a direct purchase of this item.
