FOR ADDITIONAL DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE FOREST BROOK FORCE MAIN PROJECT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. ". Introduction: Resolution 15 -2715 approves Amendment #1 to Supplement No. 2 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with Reiss Engineering, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $33,660 for additional design services for the Forest Brook Force Main project, and authorizes the Mayor execute said document on behalf of the City. Budget Impact: Approval of Budget Amendment 915 -036 will decrease the Water & Sewer Fund Distribution & Collection/Professional Fee Account #407 - 0751 - 536.31.00 and increase the Distribution and Collection Infrastructure Account #407 - 0751 - 536.63 -40 in the amount of $33,660. BA #15 -036 Explanation of Request: This Budget Amendment re- appropriates funding to cover additional costs associated with additional design with Reiss Engineering, Inc. for the Forrest Brook Force Main Replacement Project. Amendment # 1 to Supplemental Agreement No. 2 with Reiss Engineering, Inc. is for an amount not to exceed $33,660. The scope of work for this amendment includes the re- design and pipeline related to the Forrest Brook sewer system. This budget amendment will re- appropriate sufficient funding to support this work.
