Wight City Clerk Donna Gardner read Resolution 15 -2727 into the record, after which Mayor Glancy presented the framed original Resolution to Ronald R. Wight, formally recognizing and expressing appreciation for his more than 40 years of public service in the Public Works Department, and congratulating him on his retirement from the City of Casselberry. Mayor Glancy recessed the meeting at 4:26 p.m. Mayor Glancy reconvened the meeting at 4: 37 p.m. 7. CONSENT AGENDA A. Special Invoice Report Introduction: The Special Invoice Report policy was adopted by the Commission to streamline the financial process for approval of certain invoices, awards of bids, initial contracts and change orders on a project in excess of 5% of the total project. The following items have been received by the affected departments and are being presented for approval: Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A. • Disbursements for Erin Daley v. City— FLC Claim #GC2013079555 Invoice No. 64352 $ 140.79 • Disbursements for Karen Gilbert v. City — FLC Claim #GC2010079654 Invoice No. 64353 . $ 227.55 • Disbursements for Mark Stein v. City — FLC Claim #GC2010079657 Invoice No. 64354 $ 311.55 Luis R. Guzman, Esquire • Code Enforcement Special Magistrate Services for April 2015 Invoice No. 15 $ 660.00 Budget Impact: Funds for the City Attorney services invoices are available in FY 2015 Budget Account No. 001- 0140 - 514.31 -01. Funds for the Special Magistrate services invoice are available in FY 2015 Budget Account No. 001 - 0140 - 514.31 -03. Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the Special Invoice Report, as submitted. B.
