Council of Local Governments in Seminole County (CALNO) Report <br />Vice Mayor Hufford reported that the City of Casselberry had hosted CALNO on Wednesday, February 3, <br />2016. She thanked City Clerk Donna Gardner for organizing everything for the meeting and City Manager <br />Randy Newlon for giving a presentation on the Lake Concord Park development project. <br />F. US Highway 17 -92 (ZB 15 -04) <br />The City Clerk read Ordinance 16 -1437 by title as follows: <br />G°AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2 -4.3, <br />UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING <br />CLASSIFICATION OF PMX -HIGH (PLANNED MIXED -USE: HIGH RISE) FOR THE PARCELS <br />DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Notice of Public Hearing: The Notice of Public Hearing for Ordinance 16 -1437 was published in the <br />Orlando Sentinel on Thursday, January 28, 2016. <br />Staff Presentation: Development Services Manager Randy Woodruff advised that this item represented <br />second reading of Ordinance 16 -1437, which was for a zoning map amendment for 21 acres of property <br />located at 5655 U.S. Highway 17 -92.
