owner or lessee of such property, trespass, disturbances of the peace, fraud, or the failure to observe and <br />abide by any other applicable ordinance, law, or statute. <br />SECTION V: Section 26 -81, "Required," of Chapter 26 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />Casselberry, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 26 -81. Permit and license required. <br />(a) It shall be unlawful for any person not excluded in Section 26 -69 to engage in the business of <br />peddler or solicitor within the residential areas of the City without first obtaining a permit as provided in this <br />Division and carrying such permit when soliciting and without having first obtained aff WGUpational tense <br />Business Tax Receipt as required by Chapter 26, Article II of this Code. <br />... .. <br />as these s s may `- <br />SECTION VI: Section 26 -82, "Application" of Chapter 26 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />Casselberry, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 26.82. Application, fees, denial of permits. <br />(a) Contents. Applicants for permits under this Division must file with the Community Development <br />Department an application in writing, signed and sworn to, which shall give the following information: <br />(1) The name and description of the applicant. <br />(2) The permanent home address and full local address of the applicant, <br />(3) A brief description of the nature of the business and the goods or services to be sold. <br />(4) If employed, the name and address of the employer, together with credentials <br />establishing the relationship and the length of time for which the right to do business is <br />desired. <br />(5) A statement of any convictions, nolo contendere pleas, or forfeitures for violating any <br />local, state or federal law, excluding traffic fines of $50.00 or less, the nature of the <br />offense, city and state where offense occurred, the date of the offense and the penalty <br />imposed. <br />(6) A valid drivers license or other personal identification description and where <br />applicable, articles of incorporation or other legally recognized form. <br />(7) Numbers of valid occupational '")ense Business Tax Receipts and home solicitation <br />sales permits issued by the City and County pursuant to ordinances and Florida law, <br />and name to which such license and permits are issued. <br />(8) Description and license number of vehicle ss to be used in solicitation. <br />(9) The length of time the business is to be conducted in the City. <br />(10) The applicant shall attach to the application the following: <br />a.
