Mr. Weinroth <br />seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Eighth Item of Business: SPR 15 -10: Realignment of Triplet Lake Drive. Development of Community Impact <br />site plan review for the roadway realignment for Triplet Lake Drive. The property is located within the Lake <br />Concord Overlay District and is zoned Planned Mixed Use Medium Rise (PMX -MID). <br />Mr. Marty Pawlikowski, Construction and Permitting Manager, reviewed the information provided in staff's <br />memorandum dated September 9, 2015, to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission. He said the <br />Development Review Committee reviewed the project on September 3, 2015. He said the Committee approved it <br />subject to the seven conditions of approval outlined in the staff report. <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding the sidewalks and crosswalks for the site. <br />Mr. Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, <br />the request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address SPR 15 -10. Mr. Bryan made a motion that the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission recommend approval to the City Commission for the application for the Triplet Lake Drive <br />Realignment component of the mixed use center at Lake Concord Park (SPR 15 -10) based on the site plan dated <br />August 10, 2015, the findings of fact and conclusions of the information provided in the staff report dated September <br />9, 2015, and subject to the seven conditions outlined in the staff report. Development of <br />Community Impact site plan review for mass grading and city park improvements within the Lake Concord <br />Overlay District.
