All of the above conditions shall be fully and faithfully executed or the conditional use shall become null and void. <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding the maximum length of a dock allowed by City Code. <br />Mr. Henson asked if the Commission had any Ex Parte Communications for this item. No disclosure of Ex Parte <br />Communications was made by the Commissioners. <br />Mr. Henson asked the applicant to come forward. Ms. Jeanne Jacobs, 317 Seminola Boulevard, Casselberry, Florida <br />came forward. In response to the Commission's question, Ms. Jacobs said she was in agreement with the requirements <br />outlined in Exhibit B that was attached to the staff report. <br />Mr. Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, the request. <br />No one came forward. <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address CU 15 -05. Mr. Bakalla made a motion that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission approve CU 15 -05, to allow a 50' long private residential dock at 317 Seminola Boulevard. He said the approval is <br />based upon the staff report dated June 10, 2015, the site drawing (Exhibit A), the survey (Exhibit B), the City Engineer <br />conditions of approval (Exhibit C), the Planning and Zoning Commission's findings of fact, and the five (5) conditions outlined in <br />the staff report. Mr. Bryan seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Sixth Item of Business: CU 15.06: 319 Seminola Boulevard. Conditional use request for a residential dock. <br />Ms. Marie Regan, Planner II, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum dated June 10, 2015, and a <br />PowerPoint presentation to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy of the PowerPoint presentation is <br />attached and made a part of the minutes). <br />Ms. Regan said staff recommends approval with the five (5) conditions of approval outlined in the staff report. The <br />following is a list of the conditions of approval: <br />1. The conditional use shall be limited to the proposed dock structure. The dock shall not be enlarged or enhanced <br />in any way without additional conditional use approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />2. The construction and maintenance of the dock shall be in accordance with the requirements of all applicable state <br />agencies, the City Engineer's conditions of approval, and the City's ULDR. <br />3. The applicant shall incorporate dock lighting into the plans prior to submitting for a building permit. Lighting shall <br />illuminate the entire length of the dock as required by Section 94 -6. <br />4.
