Mr. Strassberger said he thought <br />that tract would be used for practice fields. He questioned the height of the homes. Mr. Henson said that this is the first step <br />in a lengthy process. Mr. Strassberger felt that the notice he received from the City was very confusing. <br />Mr. Scott Devine, 612 Legacy Park Drive, Casselberry, Florida came forward. Mr. Devine said he is the President of <br />the Homeowners' Association. Mr. Devine expressed concerns with the access to Tract M -1 and the impact to the community. <br />Ms. Dori Sutter, 234 Morton Lane, Winter Springs, Florida came forward. Ms. Sutter questioned the buffering <br />requirements, fencing, elevation of the land, mitigation area and the lake on the westerly border line. Mr. Henson explained <br />that her questions cannot be answered at this time until the project gets further along in the process. <br />Mr. Matt Thorne, 335 Capron Ash Loop, Casselberry, Florida came forward. In response to his question, Mr. Henson <br />explained that Geneva School owns Tract 1 and the proposed recreation area were never planned as a public use area. <br />Mr. John Perez, 1915 Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida came forward. Mr. Perez said that he was representing his <br />mother. In response to his question, Mr. Henson said that Tract 1 is being subdivided. <br />Ms. Trina Cothrin, 339 Legacy Park Drive, Casselberry, Florida came forward. Ms. Cothrin questioned the other <br />options available for the property other than a residential use. Mr. Henson said the Geneva School has the right to use the <br />property for the highest and best use and the option to market the property. Ms. Cothrin expressed concerns with the number <br />of homes being constructed in this area, the access to the homes and will the land support the development. <br />In response to her question regarding the potential for the adjacent property owners to provide input to the <br />developers, Mr. Henson said his experience with developers is that the developers tries to work with the neighbors as much <br />as they can. He said the developers want to develop a product that is aesthetically pleasing and to develop the property <br />within the City's guidelines. <br />Mr. Ed Strassberger, 516 Legacy Park Drive, Casselberry, Florida came forward. In response to his question <br />regarding the boundary line that is adjacent to his home, the applicant stated that line represents underground stormwater. In <br />response to his question regarding the layout of the homes on Tract 1, Mr. Henson stated that the design of the project has <br />not been submitted. <br />
