The motion passed unanimously <br />by voice vote. <br />The next two agenda items were discussed together. <br />Eighth Item of Business: LPA 15 -03 — Small Scale Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map Amendment - 115 <br />Wilshire Boulevard. Future Land Use designation change from County Commercial and City Commercial to Public. <br />Properties located southwest of the intersection of State Road 436 and Wilshire Boulevard. <br />Ninth Item of Business: ZB 15.01 — Official Zoning Map Amendment -115 Wilshire Boulevard. Zoning district change <br />from County C -2 (Retail Commercial) and City CG (General Commercial) to PS (Public and Semipublic Services). <br />Properties located southwest of the intersection of State Road 436 and Wilshire Boulevard. <br />Mr. Chad Lingenfelter, Development Services Manager, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated <br />February 11, 2015 and a PowerPoint presentation, to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy of the <br />PowerPoint presentation is attached and made a part of the minutes). <br />LPA 15 -03 <br />Mr. Lingenfelter requested the Planning and Zoning Commission provide a favorable recommendation to the City <br />Commission for LPA 15 -03 to amend the Future Land Use Map by designating the subject properties as Public, based on the <br />findings of fact and conclusions, the staff report dated February 11, 2015, and the following findings regarding the future land <br />use: <br />8, 2014. <br />It is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. <br />It is compatible with the surrounding mix of land uses and zoning districts. <br />City services are available and will not be negatively impacted. <br />A correction was made to the PowerPoint presentation to reflect the property was annexed into the City on December <br />Mr. Henson disclosed that he owns the property adjacent to this site but he said it would not affect him in any way. <br />Mr. Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, the <br />request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address LPA 15 -03. Mr. Bryan made a motion that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission provide a favorable recommendation to the City Commission for LPA 15 -03 to amend the Future Land Use Map <br />by designating the subject properties as Public, based on the findings of fact and conclusions, the staff report dated February <br />
