The motion passed <br />unanimously by voice vote. <br />ZB 15.01 <br />Mr. Lingenfelter requested the Planning and Zoning Commission provide a favorable recommendation to the City <br />Commission for ZB 15 -01 to amend the Official Zoning Map by including the subject properties in the PS zoning district, based <br />on the findings of fact and conclusions, the staff report dated February 11, 2015, and the following findings regarding the <br />rezoning: <br />1. It is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and the proposed Public Future Land Use Designation. <br />2. It is compatible with the surrounding mix of land uses and zoning districts. <br />3. City services are available and will not be negatively impacted. <br />Mr. Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, the <br />request. No one came forward. <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding the water and sewer provider for the site and the process required to change the <br />zoning back to a commercial zoning. <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address ZB 15 -01. Mr. Bryan made a motion that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission provide a favorable recommendation to the City Commission for ZB 15 -01 to amend the Official Zoning Map to <br />include the subject properties in the PS zoning district, based on the findings of fact and conclusions, the staff report dated <br />February 11, 2015, and the three findings regarding the rezoning: Mr. Lutz seconded the motion.
