Planning & Zoning Commission/ <br />Local Planning Agency <br />November 12, 2014 <br />Page 4 <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />The next two agenda items were discussed together <br />Seventh Item of Business: LPA 14 -08 — Lake Concord Overlay District Standards: Request to amend the <br />Unified Land Development Regulations to add Section 2 -7.32, Lake Concord Overlay District. <br />Eighth Item of Business: ZB 14 -02 — Lake Concord Overlay District Zoning Map Amendment: Request to <br />amend the Unified Land Development Regulations to add Lake Concord Overlay District to the Official <br />Zoning Map. <br />Mr. Chad Lingenfelter, Development Services Manager, requested LPA 14 -08 and ZB 14 -02 be continued to <br />the December 10, 2014 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. <br />Mr. Hale asked for a motion to address LPA 14 -08. Mr. Henson made a motion that the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission continue LPA 14 -08 to the call of the Chair. Mr. Bryan seconded the motion. The motion <br />passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Mr. Hale asked for a motion to address ZB 14 -02. Mr. Henson made a motion that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission continue ZB 14 -02, Lake Concord Overlay District Zoning Map Amendment, to the call of the Chair. Mr. <br />Bryan seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Ninth Item of Business: SP 14 -01 — Casselberry Square Lot 1 Plat: Request to subdivide the property at 900 <br />State Road 436 from the Casselberry Square shopping plaza. <br />Mr. Jason Sorensen, Planner I, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated November 12, <br />2014, and a PowerPoint presentation to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy of the <br />PowerPoint presentation is attached and made a part of the minutes). He said if the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission chooses to recommend approval to the City Commission the approval should be based upon the <br />following conditions: <br />1. The City Surveyor shall execute the signature block prior to recording of the final plat. <br />2. The applicant, per F.S. Chapter 177, is responsible for the City Surveyor and City Attorney fees. The <br />applicant is also responsible for Seminole County recording fees. <br />3. After City Commission approval, the applicant shall provide one (1) mylar of the plat executed by the <br />owner and surveyor and any other information requested as part of compliance to F.S. Chapter 177, as <br />well as an executed Restrictive Covenant and Reciprocal Easement Agreement to be recorded by the <br />City. <br />
