Federal Highway, Boca Raton, <br />Florida came forward. In response to the Commission's question, Mr. Levin said he concurs with staff's conditions of <br />approval. <br />Mr. Hale asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, the <br />request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Hale asked for a motion to address SP 14 -01. Mr. Bryan made a motion that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission approve SP 14 -01 for the Casselberry Square Lot 1 final plat at 900 State Road 436, Casselberry, <br />Florida, the approval is based upon the plat dated October 23, 2014, the findings of fact and conclusions of the staff <br />report dated November 12, 2014, and the three conditions included in the staff report. Mr. Henson seconded the <br />motion. <br />Mr. Bryan amended his motion to state that the Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval to <br />the City Commission. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Tenth Item of Business: SP 14 -03 — Monza Plat: Request to subdivide the property at 487 State Road 436 <br />from the Institute of Technical Arts business park. <br />Mr. Jason Sorensen, Planner I, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated November 12, <br />2014, and a PowerPoint presentation to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy of the <br />PowerPoint presentation is attached and made a part of the minutes). Mr. Sorensen explained that the plat has been <br />updated since the staff report was distributed. He said that the motion should include the updated plat. He said if the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission chooses to recommend approval to the City Commission for SP 14 -03 the <br />approval should be based upon the updated plat dated October 26, 2014 and the three conditions outlined in the staff <br />report. <br />Mr. Hale asked the applicant to come forward. Mr. Craig Minegar, 329 Park Avenue North, Winter Park, <br />Florida came forward. There were no questions for the applicant. <br />Mr. Hale asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, the <br />request. No one came forward. <br />
