Planning & Zoning Commission/ Local Planning Agency November 12, 2014 Page 5 Mr. Hale asked the applicant to come forward. Mr. Steven Levin, 4800 W. Federal Highway, Boca Raton, Florida came forward. In response to the Commission's question, Mr. Levin said he concurs with staff's conditions of approval. Mr. Hale asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, the request. No one came forward. Mr. Hale asked for a motion to address SP 14 -01. Mr. Bryan made a motion that the Planning and Zoning Commission approve SP 14 -01 for the Casselberry Square Lot 1 final plat at 900 State Road 436, Casselberry, Florida, the approval is based upon the plat dated October 23, 2014, the findings of fact and conclusions of the staff report dated November 12, 2014, and the three conditions included in the staff report. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. Mr. Bryan amended his motion to state that the Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval to the City Commission. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. Tenth Item of Business: SP 14 -03 — Monza Plat: Request to subdivide the property at 487 State Road 436 from the Institute of Technical Arts business park. Mr. Jason Sorensen, Planner I, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated November 12, 2014, and a PowerPoint presentation to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy of the PowerPoint presentation is attached and made a part of the minutes). Mr. Sorensen explained that the plat has been updated since the staff report was distributed. He said that the motion should include the updated plat. He said if the Planning and Zoning Commission chooses to recommend approval to the City Commission for SP 14 -03 the approval should be based upon the updated plat dated October 26, 2014 and the three conditions outlined in the staff report. Mr. Hale asked the applicant to come forward. Mr. Craig Minegar, 329 Park Avenue North, Winter Park, Florida came forward. There were no questions for the applicant. Mr. Hale asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, the request. No one came forward.
