Planning & Zoning Commission/ <br />Local Planning Agency <br />September 10, 2014 <br />Page 5 <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address CU 14 -15. Mr. Bryan made a motion that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission approve CU 14 -15, to allow the on -site consumption of beer, wine and liquor as allowed by the 4COP state <br />license, in conjunction with the operation of a restaurant located at 1555 State Road 436 Suite 1171 -1181, based on the <br />findings of fact and conclusions of the staff report dated September 10, 2014, and the conditions outlined in the staff report. <br />Mr. Bakalla seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Ninth Item of Business: CU 14.16: 1410 State Road 436 - Royal Indian Cuisine. Conditional use request for a 2COP <br />(beer /wine) license. <br />Mr. Jason Sorensen, Planner I, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated September 10, 2014 <br />and a PowerPoint presentation, to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission. Mr. Sorensen said staff <br />recommends approval with the eleven conditions outlined in the staff report. <br />Mr. Henson asked the applicant to come forward. The applicant was not present at the meeting. <br />Mr. Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, the <br />request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address CU 14 -16. Mr. Bakalla made a motion that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission approve CU 14 -16, to allow the on -site consumption of alcoholic beverages as allowed by the 2COP state <br />license, in conjunction with the operation of a restaurant located at 1410 State Road 436, based on the findings of fact and <br />conclusions of the staff report dated September 10, 2014, and the eleven conditions included in the staff report. Mr. Weinroth <br />seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Tenth Item of Business: CU 14 -17: 484 State Road 436 - Vehicle Sales. Conditional use request to sell vehicles in the <br />CG zoning district. <br />Mr. Jason Sorensen, Planner I, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated September 10, 2014, <br />and a PowerPoint presentation to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission. Mr. Sorensen said staff <br />recommends approval upon review of the conditional use request, the Planning and Zoning Commission's approval of CU 14- <br />17 to allow vehicle sales, in conjunction with the operation of a vehicle services use located at 484 State Road 436, should be <br />based on the findings of fact and conclusions of the staff report dated September 10, 2014, and the following conditions: <br />1. The parking area for the vehicle sales shall be limited to four vehicles and shall remain behind the building and <br />directly adjacent to the building. <br />
