Mr. Johnson advised the permit stated it was for a barrier. <br />The Special Magistrate asked Mr. Johnson if he was saying the permit was for a barrier and not the pond. <br />Mr. Johnson stated the permit is for a barrier nut not the pond or the fence mentioned. <br />The Special Magistrate asked to look at the permit. The Special Magistrate advised it was faded and could barely be read. <br />It was asked when Mr. Tryon got the permit. The Special Magistrate stated the permit was very faded and he could not see <br />a date. <br />Mr. Tryon stated the City should have a copy of the signed off inspection. <br />Nathan Johnson stated he had not seen a copy of the permit. <br />Finding of Fact: The Special Magistrate made a finding for CE -15- 00536, 1565 Carlisle Dr. This is specifically for <br />construction of the pond without a permit. It was found in the records that there is an active construction site. The <br />document Mr. Tryon has brought in says, City of Casselberry Permit but it is faded and old, it could not be seen what it is <br />for or what date it is for. As far at the Special Magistrate is concerned there is no applicability for this property. It was <br />found that the property is in violation of ULDR Section 1 -4.3, construction without a permit. It was ordered to come into <br />compliance by 6/25/2015, or face a fine of $25.00 per day, starting on that day if no compliance. Another hearing will be <br />held on 7/9/2015, 6:30pm to see if the property is still in violation. <br />Roof maintenance, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 <br />• CE -15 -00537 1565 Carlisle Dr <br />Nathan Johnson, Code Compliance Officer advised that the subject violation was found not to be corrected and the <br />property in violation of ULDR Section 3 -10.3. Roof Maintenance. Therefore, staff requests an order that the violation be <br />corrected by June 25, 2015, or a fine of $25 per day be assessed for each day after June 25, 2015, until the Property has <br />been found in compliance. <br />Robert Tryon stated the gutters are considered decoration. When the shed was completed, the Building Inspector the <br />outside is decoration and the eves have never been completed on each side. Mr. Tryon advised there is mold on the <br />building and it will be taken care of. <br />Finding of Fact: The Special Magistrate made a finding for CE -15 -00537 based on testimony and evidence. The property <br />owner did say there was some maintenance to do, the photographs support that. This is still a violation of ULDR Section <br />3 -10.3, regardless of other things there is still maintenance to be done. It was found that there is a violation of ULDR <br />Section 3 -10.3. It was ordered to come into compliance by 6/25/2015, or face a fine of $25.00 per day, starting on that day <br />if no compliance. Another hearing will be held on 7/9/2015, 6:30pm to see if the property is still in violation. <br />Fence maintenance, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 (B) <br />• CE -15 -00540 1421 Carlisle Dr <br />Nathan Johnson, Code Compliance Officer advised that the subject violation was found to be corrected and the property is <br />in compliance of ULDR Section 3 -10.3 (B). <br />The Special Magistrate asked if the owner for 1421 Carlisle Dr was in the audience.
