Overgrown/trash and debris, ULDR Section 3- 103.(C)(1) <br />• CE -15 -00541 1421 Carlisle Dr <br />Nathan Johnson, Code Compliance Officer advised that the subject violation was found to not be corrected and the <br />property remains in violation of Section 3 -10.9. Therefore, staff requests an order that the violation be corrected by June <br />25, 2015, or a fine of $25 per day be assessed for each day after June 25, 2015, until the Property has been found in <br />compliance. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if the owner for 1421 Carlisle Dr was in the audience. There was no one present. <br />Finding of Fact: The Special Magistrate made a finding based on testimony and evidence that the property of 1421 <br />Carlisle Dr is in violation of ULDR Section 3- 10.3(C)(1) in regards to debris. It was ordered that the property come into <br />compliance by 1pm 6/25/2015 or a fine of $25.00 per day, starting 6/25/2015. A Subsequent hearing will be held on <br />7/9/2015 to determine compliance. <br />Overgrown/trash and debris, ULDR Section 3- 10.3.(C)(1) <br />• CE -15 -00675 S Highway 17/92 (vacant) <br />John Cecil, Lead Code Compliance Officer advised that the subject violation was found to be corrected and in compliance <br />of ULDR Section 3 -10.3 (B) on June 2 and was in violation for a total of 15 days @ $25 a day = $375. Staff recommends <br />a fine of $375.00 for this repeat violation. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if the owner for S Highway 17/92 was in the audience. There was no one present. <br />Finding of Fact: The Special Magistrate made a finding based on the testimony and photographs entered into evidence it <br />was found that there was a hearing 5/14/2015, when a violation was found. There was a compliance date of 5/28/2015, if <br />there was no compliance by that date there would be a fine of $25.00, there was compliance by 6/2/2015. The hearing was <br />actually 4/9/2015 when the violation was found, there was a standing order and not a separate finding of violation, this is a <br />repeat violation. A repeat violation was found on 5/18/2015, compliance was found on 6/2/2015, there was a standing <br />order.
