• CE -12 -01785 500 Bridle Path -Lien amount $8,250 ($25.00 per day =330 days) <br />No building �permit, City Code Section 1 -4.3 <br />• CE -12 -01940 500 Bridle Path -Lien amount $18,900 ($50.00 per day= 378 days) <br />Officer Hernandez advised the Special Magistrate that the above violations occurred in September and <br />October of 2012. The City received a letter on 3/14/13 advising that PNC Bank was not the property <br />owner, as ownership was conveyed /sold to HUD. PNC Bank has been listed as the property owner since <br />August 2010 to the present day, per Seminole County Property Appraiser records. PNC Bank was <br />responsible to advise HUD of these violations since PNC was still listed as the property owner. The City <br />recommends a reduction of the 3 liens to 50% ($17,975), as all violations are now in compliance, there <br />have been no other violations and there may have been some miscommunication as far as property owner <br />status. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if there was anyone present to speak to these cases. There was no one <br />present. <br />FINDING OF FACT: The Special Magistrate made a finding to follow the City's recommendation and <br />mitigating circumstances that the violations are now in compliance and there may have been some <br />miscommunication as far as ownership status. It is ordered that the liens be reduced by 50% to the amount <br />of $17,975, for all three properties. <br />NEW CASES - STANDING ORDER REQUESTS <br />No building permit, City Code Section 1 -4.3 <br />• CE -14 -00344 105 W Melody Ln <br />Pool maintenance /stagnant water ULDR Section 3 -10.3 7 <br />• CE -14 -00386 7 Winding Ridge Rd <br />Officer Hernandez advised the Special Magistrate that the above cases were in compliance by this <br />meeting date but not by the date of the original notice, a standing order is requested for future violations. <br />FINDING OF FACT: The Special Magistrate made a finding that these properties were once in violation <br />but are now in compliance, a standing order shall be issued that these properties remain in compliance. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if he property owner of 7 `Winding Ridge wished to speak. <br />Jeff Golub, 7 Winding Ridge Rd, Casselberry advised there were some problems in getting to the point <br />and the pool is now operating. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if he property owner of 105 W Melody Ln was present. There was no one <br />present. <br />CONTINUED CASES <br />Increase in Nonconformities Prohibited ULDR Section, 2 -8.5 1 <br />• CE -14 -00319 54 Seminola Blvd <br />Business tax receipt, City Code Section 26.33 <br />• CE -14 -00500 100 Seminola Blvd <br />Officer Hernandez advised the Special Magistrate advised the Special Magistrate that the property is still <br />being used as a non - conforming car sales lot.
