CITY OF CAS SELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT HEARING JULY 10, 2014 The City of Casselberry held its regular Code Enforcement hearing Thursday, July 10, 2014, at 6:30 p.m., in the City of Casselberry Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Luis R. Guzman, Special Magistrate, called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. SPECIAL MAGISTRATE: Luis R. Guzman PLEDGE OF ALLIGIANCE SWEARING IN OF THOSE IN ATTENDANCE The Special Magistrate swore in those who would testify. APPROVAL OF MINUTES The Special Magistrate approved minutes from the June 12, 2014 meeting. FORMAT FOR PROCEEDINGS The Special Magistrate read the format for proceedings. CITY STAFF PRESENT: Brenda Jones, Code Compliance- Coordinator Carlos Hernandez, Code Compliance Officer Jason Sorensen, Planner I INTRODUCTION OF CASES Mr. Hernandez, Code Compliance Officer, advised that all events occurred within the corporate limits of the City of Casselberry. The Officer's notes, case narratives, testimony, photographs, supporting documents and PowerPoint presentation were all entered as part of the official record. SUBSEQUENT HEARINGS — NOT IN COMPLIANCE Fence maintenance, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 (B) • CE -14 -00439 603 Zinnia Dr. Officer Hernandez advised the Special Magistrate that the above case was not in compliance by the date previously set. The Special Magistrate asked if there was anyone present to represent this property. There was no one present. FINDING OF FACT: The Special Magistrate made a finding that the fine is imposed as of 6/24/2014, for $25.00 per day, continuing until the property comes into compliance, so ordered.
