No Finding was made. <br />NEW CASES <br />Overgrown/trash and debris, ULDR Section 3-10.3.(C)(1) <br />• CE -14 -01206 4 Carriage Hill Cir <br />John Cecil advised that there was a Scribner's error on the issue date on the notice of violation. In the (case) file there is <br />and activity log sheet showing the correct year, for this case. <br />John Cecil advised that the subject violation was found not to be corrected and the property remains in violation of <br />Section 3 -10.3 (C)(1). Therefore, staff requests an order that the violation be corrected by March 26, 2015, or a fine of <br />$25 per day be assessed for each day after March 26, 2015, until the dead tree has been removed. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if there were any other scribers errors. <br />John Cecil advised there one other one. <br />The Special Magistrate asked to go through the other cases. <br />Overgrown/trash and debris, ULDR Section 3- 10.3.(C)(1) <br />• CE -14 -01205 4 Carriage Hill Cir <br />John Cecil advised that the above case is a new compliant case; there was a Scribner's error on the issue date of the year. <br />In the (case) file there is and activity log sheet showing the correct year. <br />John Cecil advised that The subject violation was found to be corrected and the property in compliance of ULDR Section <br />3- 10.3.(C)(1) OVERGROWN, TRASH & DEBRIS on March 11, 2015, and, therefore, no fines should be imposed. <br />However, staff requests a standing order in case this violation is repeated. <br />Pool maintenance /stagnant water, ULDR Section 3- 10.3.7 <br />• CE -14 -01207 4 Carriage Hill Cir . <br />John Cecil advised that the subject violation was found to not be corrected and the property remains in violation of <br />Section 3 -10.3 7 . Therefore, staff requests an order that the violation be corrected by March 26, 2015, or a fine of $25 per <br />day be assessed for each day after March 26, 2015, until the pool has been found in compliance. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if the property owner was present. There was no one present. <br />FINDING OF FACT: The Special Magistrate made a finding for case # 14 -01207 that the property had been in violation <br />of the ULDR/stagnant water, it was ordered that the respondent correct the code violation by 1 pm, March 26, 2015, a <br />$25.00 per day fine will be imposed is there is no compliance by March 26, 2015. The next hearing date will be April 9, <br />2015, to see the status of this violation. <br />The Special Magistrate advised that on cases 14 -01205 and 14- 01206, based on the testimony given, the date on the <br />violation notice had an incorrect year. The notice did ask for compliance with the correct year, based on the testimony it is <br />a harmless error.
