CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT HEARING <br />MARCH 12, 2015 <br />The City of Casselberry held its regular Code Enforcement hearing Thursday, March 12, 2015, at 6:30 p.m., in the City of <br />Casselberry Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Luis R. Guzman, Special Magistrate, <br />called the meeting to order at 6:3 0 p.m. <br />SPECIAL MAGISTRATE: <br />Luis R. Guzman <br />PLEDGE OF ALLIGIANCE <br />FORMAT FOR PROCEEDINGS <br />The Special Magistrate read the fonnat for proceedings. <br />SWEARING IN OF THOSE IN ATTENDANCE <br />The Special Magistrate swore in those who would testify. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Special Magistrate approved minutes from the November 13, 2014, January 8, 2015 and February 12, 2015 hearings. <br />CITY STAFF PRESENT <br />John Cecil, Lead Code Compliance Officer <br />Nathan Johnson, Code Compliance Officer <br />Brenda Jones, Code Compliance- Coordinator/Recording Secretary <br />INTRODUCTION OF CASES <br />John Cecil, Lead Code Compliance Officer advised that all events occurred within the corporate limits of the City <br />of Casselberry. The Officer's notes, case narratives, testimony, photographs, supporting documents and <br />PowerPoint presentation were all entered as part of the official record. <br />SUBSEQUENT HEARING <br />Accessory structure maintenance, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 A(6) <br />• CE -14 -01216 50 Old Barn Way <br />John Cecil, Lead Code Compliance Officer advised that the structure is still found to be in noncompliance and fines <br />should continue to run. <br />The Special Magistrate asked is the owner for 50 Old Barn Way was present in the audience. <br />FINDING OF FACT: The Special Magistrate made a finding based on the testimony and evidence entered into record, <br />that property at 50 Old Barn Way was still not in compliance as of March 12, 2015, with the applicable ULDR Section. <br />By Order dated, February 12, 2015, the property was to come into compliance by February 23, 2015, or a fine of $25.00 <br />per day would be imposed.
