FINDING OF FACT: The Special Magistrate made a fmding for case # 14- 01206, based on photographs and evidence <br />entered into record, the property is in violation of ULDR/overgrowth, weeds, trash, debris, dead trees and limbs. Based on <br />the finding of facts it was ordered that the property come into compliance by March 26, 2015, 1 pm. The respondent will <br />be ordered to pay a fine of $25.00 per day, for each day of violation subsequent to March 26, 2015. If there is no <br />compliance a hearing will be held on April 9, 2015 to determine compliance. <br />FINDING OF FACT: The Special Magistrate made a finding for case # 14 -01205 it was found that based on <br />photographs and evidence entered into record and testimony that the property had been in violation of the <br />ULDR/overgrowth of the lawn. The property had come into compliance as of March 12, 2015, a standing order was <br />issued. The property owner was ordered to stay in compliance of the applicable ULDR. <br />No house number, Section 68 -131 <br />® CE -15 -00010 320 Bridle Path <br />John Cecil advised that the subject violation was found to not be corrected and the property remains in violation of <br />Section 68 -131. Therefore, staff requests an order that the violation be corrected by March 26, 2015, or a fine of $25 per <br />day be assessed for each day after March 26, 2015, until the Property has house numbers and found in compliance. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if the property owner was present. There was no one present. <br />FINDING OF FACT: The Special Magistrate made a finding that based on the evidence entered into record; it clearly <br />shows that is no house number on the building, which is in violation of the applicable code. It was found that the property <br />is in violation of Section 68 -13, and ordered that the respondents correct the violation by March 26, 201, by 1 pm. If no <br />compliance a fine of $25.00 per day, subsequent to March 26, 2015 for each day of the violation continues to exist. If <br />Code Enforcement finds compliance has not been achieved by March 26, 2015 a hearing will be held on April 9, 2015 to <br />determine compliance. <br />Landscaping, ULDR Section 3- 10.3.C.1 <br />• CE -15 -00020 106 Mark David Blvd <br />Nathan Johnson, Code Compliance officer advised that the subject violation was found to be corrected and the property in <br />compliance of ULDR Section 3- 10.3.C.1. on, March 11, 2015, and, therefore, no fines should be imposed.
